Boerewors Pap Tert – Serves 4

A hearty 8-inch South African pap tert with sliced pork-and-beef boerewors, mushrooms, rich tomato-and-onion smoor, creamy pap and sweetcorn, finished with melted mozzarella and cheddar. Serves 4. Supplied in a round foil oven tray.
Ingredients: Boerewors (pork, beef, seasoning containing WHEAT (GLUTEN) and SULPHITES), mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, garlic, curry powder (contains WHEAT (GLUTEN)), beef gravy granules (contains SOYA), tomato paste, Mrs Ball's Original Chutney, maize meal (pap), creamed sweetcorn, fresh coriander, fresh chillies, sugar, cream (MILK), butter (MILK), mozzarella (MILK), cheddar cheese (MILK).

May contain: EGG (curry powder manufacturer's precautionary warning). The gravy granules also carry a precautionary wheat warning, but wheat is already present in the recipe.
